This is the 1st video of the Fireworks display set to Original Music by myself, Stuart Fox.

Sandling fireworks provide videos of all their products, using these I was able to string togeather a mock up video of hte display I wanted, this was then loaded into one of the studio systems and the music was written along side the videos and sounds of the fireworks that would be set off. The completed music and video clips were then loaded into the video editing suite and the firing order was fine tuned and finalized. A cue sheet containing a list of timing for the firing of each effect was drawn up from here.

The show was operated by 3 people, 2 firing and one on the desk, counting down the cue's via mobile phone to the firing field. This more old fassioned aproach worked very well, a lot less scope for inaccuracys and errors than electronic firing.
